2 Sep 1814. William Wheeler purchased land in Gallatin County, Illinois Territory (Shawneetown Land Office, receipt number 78). SW 1/4 of Section 9, T10S, R9E -160 acres. This information is from the Related Notes section of Harold G. Felty's book on Hamilton County marriages from 1821-1854. It is attached to note 107. It is also from the Federal Land Patent records.
2 Jan 1817. Willis Wheeler purchased land in White Co., IL. From the Federal Land Patent records. SW 1/4 Section 20, T5S R7E - 160 acres.
17 Jul 1818. William Wheeler purchased land in White Co., IL. From the Federal Land Patent records. W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 Section 20, T5S R7E - 80 acres.
7 Oct 1818. William Wheeler purchased land in White Co., IL. From the Federal Land Patent records. SW 1/4 Section 19, T5S R7E - 147.6 acres.
20 Nov 1818. Willis Wheeler purchased land in White Co., IL. From the Federal Land Patent records. NW 1/4 Section 10, T6S R7E - 160 acres.
22 Feb 1819. Thomas Wheeler purchased land in White Co., IL (Shawneetown Land Office, receipt number 5465). Description of land: SE 1/4 Section 19, T5S, R7E. This information is from the Related Notes section of Harold G. Felty's book on Hamilton County marriages from 1821-1854. It is attached to note 82. It is also from the Federal Land Patent records.
22 Feb 1819. John Wheeler purchased land in White Co., IL (Shawneetown Land Office, receipt number 5466). Description of land: NE 1/4 of Section 24, T5S, R6E.
